Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy Yoga by Sakhiee was started back in Feb 2021. Since then Sakhiee has achieved a great feat of helping 150+ Mothers, 100+ Deliveries and also 80%+ Normal Births.
Pregnancy Yoga by Sakhiee currently works with 5+ Trainers who conduct more than 10 batches daily

Types of Pregnancy Yoga

Yoga to Conceive: These batches are for women who have want to conceive. Specific exercises will be covered which will control hormonal imbalances, weight and help you concieve quickly.

Prenatal Yoga: Prenatal Yoga is specific form of yoga done in 2nd & 3rd trimester. It focuses on getting your body & mind ready for delivery through various asanas & meditations.

Post-natal Yoga: (also known as post-partum) yoga is done after the delivery. A new mother can start post-natal yoga 3 months after the delivery for faster recovery.

Improve Physical Fitness

Pregnancy Yoga includes many different forms of breathing and physical exercises along with meditation which helps a woman build physical & mental fitness and be ready for pregnancy & delivery.

Prepare your body for delivery

Childbirth muscles play important role during delivery. Specific asanas done during 2nd & 3rd trimester with prenatal yoga to strenghthen childbirth muscles making your body ready for the delivery.

Faster Post-partum Recovery

With continued exercise before and during the pregnancy, you can recover faster post-partum as your body is fit & healthy. You can also opt for any basic yoga sessions 3 months post-partum.

Mindfulness

Meditation and pranayam reduces everyday stress bringing much needed peace and mindfulness to your life.You can also join the free ‘garbh-sanksar’ sessions available with prenatal yoga.

Weightloss Yoga

These batches are for theose who have never exercised or practiced yoga before. those who are comfortable with yoga, those who want yoga at the highest intensity level and also those who want to continue toning and maintaining their ideal weight. Weightloss Yoga by Sakhiee addresses every cause of weight gain such as sedentry lifetstyle, unhealthy eating habits, hormonal imbalances and stress and anxiety

Types of Weightloss Yoga

Beginner’s Level: These batches are for theose who have never exercised or practiced yoga before. You will be introduced to various excercise with in-depth information.

Intermediate Level: As you get comfortable with yoga, you can increase your pace by joining these intermediate level. The focus here will be more on doing the exercises than on explainations.

Advance (HIIT) Level: These batches are of the highest intensity level. One needs to do at least 4 months of regular exercise to join these batches.

Toning & Continuity: Once you reach your target weigth, you can join these batches to tone your body, make the skin tight & maintain ideal weight.
